Key standards include Windows CE.NET and Intel XScale architecture, Compact Flash and SD I/O expansion card slots for memory or radios, and 802.11b, Bluetooth and GSM/GPRS radio technologies. And, the 7535 is even backwards compatible to the 7035 running TekTerm to ensure investment protection.

Exceptional Ruggedness: Our rugged terminal delivers overall system uptime even in the harshest environments. Every component of the 7535 has been designed with ruggedness in mind to achieve class-leading ruggedness. The 7535 is sealed against dust and water with an IP54 rating and can withstand 1.5 meter (5 ft.) drop to polished concrete 26 times.
